1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the indexing.com.tr website and the Index Ops panel, APIs, webhooks, and related services (together, the “Service”). “Indexing” / “we” provide the Service; “you” / “User” means the individual or entity using it.
By registering, opening the panel, using an API or webhook, or using the site commercially, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the KVKK notice (Turkish), and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you act for an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.
2. Nature of the Service
The Service may include diagnosis for indexing / crawl operations, URL notification (e.g. Indexing API / IndexNow), quota, coverage / alerts, and related panels. It is not a keyword / rank suite or a search engine; it does not guarantee SEO results, rankings, or indexing.
On-site SEO, content quality, internal linking, technical infrastructure, robots / canonical, and similar work remain your responsibility. Features, plan limits, and UI may change over time.
3. Indexing, third-party engines, and no guaranteed outcome
No indexing or visibility guarantee. Indexing, crawling, ranking, and display decisions of Google, Bing, and other engines belong solely to those third parties. Submit, Audit output, or Coverage data does not mean an engine will accept, index, or rank your pages.
Engine policies, quotas, APIs, and interfaces are outside our control. Outages, refusals, delays, quota exhaustion, or policy changes are your risk; Indexing is not liable for those outcomes. See Disclaimer.
4. Google APIs, Search Console OAuth, and authority
The Service may optionally let you use:
- Google Search Console (GSC) OAuth — read-only (`webmasters.readonly`) coverage / monitoring - Google Indexing API — URL notification via a service account (separate credentials) - IndexNow and similar notification protocols
When you connect GSC via OAuth, you represent that: (a) you have sufficient permission on the Google account and Search Console property; (b) you understand the scopes shown on Google’s consent screen; and (c) you accept the Google / Limited Use disclosures in the Privacy Policy.
You may disconnect at any time in Settings; disconnect deletes or invalidates related OAuth tokens.
Google APIs, Search Console, and related products are governed by Google’s own terms. Compliance with those terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy is your responsibility. Indexing is not liable for Google quotas, refusals, outages, or policy changes.
5. Account, access, and security
You are responsible for the accuracy, currency, and security of your account information. Protecting passwords, sessions, API keys, service accounts, IndexNow keys, webhook tokens, OAuth tokens, and similar credentials is your obligation. If you suspect unauthorised use, notify us and revoke / rotate access immediately.
For organisation accounts, the organisation is responsible for team members’ actions. You must respect quota, plan, and access limits.
6. Electronic communications
The following messages are mandatory for account security and Service continuity and may be sent by email, SMS, and/or WhatsApp:
- Membership / account activation emails - Phone verification (SMS or WhatsApp) - Invoice, payment confirmation, and payment-reminder notices - Security and critical service notices
Marketing: Unless you opt out where applicable, we may send product information emails. Where consent is required by law, we obtain it; you may change marketing preferences at any time. Mandatory service messages are unaffected. See KVKK.
7. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with search engines’ / API providers’ own terms. In particular, you must not:
- Spam, abuse, or overload quotas / APIs - Knowingly submit sites / URLs you do not own or lack authority to notify / manage - Attempt unauthorised access, attacks beyond lawful security testing, or reverse engineering outside legal limits - Market the Service or brand deceptively as an “indexing guarantee” - Operate illegal, harmful, or rights-infringing content / URL workflows - Use Google or other API user data outside the Service contrary to applicable policies
You bear legal and commercial responsibility for URLs you submit, domains you connect, logs / GSC data you upload, and all operational choices you make.
If you use the Service for agency, consultant, or third-party sites, you confirm you have the site owner / administrator authority, follow customer instructions, and that you (and your organisation) are primarily responsible for outcomes. Indexing is not the administrator or content owner of third-party sites.
8. Content, URLs, SEO, and integrations
You represent that you have the rights needed for data you provide (“User Data”). Automatic submissions from CMS, webhooks, cron, or third-party integrations remain under your control; erroneous, duplicate, or unauthorised submissions are your risk.
On-site SEO / technical work (internal links, content, speed, mobile, structured data, duplicates, soft-404, etc.) is entirely yours. The Service need not remediate those gaps; Indexing is not liable if missing work prevents indexing.
Third-party tools (Google Search Console, hosting, CMS, etc.) have their own terms. Setting up, authorising, and maintaining those integrations is your responsibility.
9. Fees, plans, and cancellation
Fees, packages, and limits follow the Pricing page or a written offer. Panel subscriptions and service packages (Audit, Setup, Retainer) may be separate products.
Payment, renewal, cancellation, and any refunds follow the order / contract / invoice terms. Unpaid or abusive accounts may be suspended.
10. Intellectual property
Software, design, documentation, and branding of the Service belong to Indexing (or its licensors). We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service during the term of these Terms and your plan. Ownership of source code, models, or datasets does not transfer to you.
11. Disclaimer of warranties (“as is”)
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, or achievement of a desired outcome (e.g. indexing, traffic, revenue, ranking) — are disclaimed.
Audit reports, scores, alerts, and guides are operational aids; they are not definitive diagnosis or legal / SEO advice.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indexing is not liable for lost profits, business, data, or reputation, or for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — whether arising from use or inability to use the Service. Indexing is not liable for search-engine decisions, on-site SEO gaps, or authority disputes on third-party sites.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us for the relevant Service in the twelve (12) months before the event (or any higher mandatory minimum). Mandatory consumer rights remain. Full text: Disclaimer.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Indexing harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, breach of these Terms or law, URLs / content / integrations you submit, third-party sites you represent, or infringement of third-party rights.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for Terms breach, security risk, payment issues, or legal necessity. You may stop using the Service by closing your account. Termination does not erase separate paid-fee terms; liability and indemnity clauses survive.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes (site, email, or panel). Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law and contact
